Delivery Returns & Refunds
If you have decided to return a product that you purchased from Crystalusion.co.nz then under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel your order within ten working days from the day you received the product. It is imperative that you take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession and the products must be returned to us not used/unopened and in the same condition that you received the products with your proof of purchase. Crystalusion.co.nz advises that prior to returning a product you exercise your right to cancel by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or to Crystalusion New Zealand & Australia 135 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, Wellington 6021. Our customer service team will then deal with your request and notify you with the next steps.

Once we have received the returned product we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method please be aware that it can take up to ten (10) working days to refund payment to you.
Crystalusion.co.nz don’t offer a collection service for products that are to be returned back to Crystalusion New Zealand & Australia.
No return postage is paid for by Crystalusion.conz, the customer has to return their product at their own expense should this be required.
